No Limits Tattoo Studio is Reading’s Number One Tattoo Studio established in Reading. Steve Nicholls, formerly of Skin Obsession. In the face of an ever increasing number of tattoo studios, we strive to maintain the highest standard of workmanship and hygiene, but reduce the overall running costs and responsibilities of a high profile main road tattoo studio.

With over 40 years experience of tattooing and piercing, we feel we are the ideal, people to advise and guide you. Whether you are a first time customer, or if you are down to the last square inch of a body suit.

We make the greatest efforts to learn and understand everything about our trade so that we can pass this on to clients and provide the very best service possible! Steve’s daughter Tannika, has been trained at the studio and is now the full time dedicated body piercer.

The aim of this website is not only to show off the work we do here at No Limits but also to educate and inform our current and potential customers.

Steve started in the building trade and then went on to Door work before he started tattooin 14 years ago, 4 years later he opened his own studio, and a very successful one at that... Onwards and upwards!!

Tannika always wanted to be just like Daddy! Left school and started in the studio working front of house, then onto body piercing, and then tattooing... And the rest is history!!

After care for your new tattoo.

Keep the dressing on your new tattoo for two hours.

Wash gently with soap and water, ensuring that you rinse away any soapy residue.

Pat your tattoo dry. DO NOT RUB!

If you wish to use a cream to aid healing, then use Savlon, E45, or Bepanthen 2-3 times a day.

DO NOT APPLY VASELINE! This does not aid the healing of your new tattoo in any way, shape, or form.

Keep your new tattoo away from direct sunlight and avoid swimming for around 10 days.

Keep your new tattoo away from strong chemicals (chlorine, bleach etc) until it is fully healed.

Your new tattoo should be healed in around 7-10 days.

Aftercare for your new piercing.

Always wash you hands before touching your new piercing.

Remove the dressing covering your new piercing in two hours.

Wash with warm soapy water, ensuring that all soapy residue is rinsed away.

Spray the piercing and area around the piercing with 'Savlon wound wash' 3-4 times a day.

Never touch your piercing until it is healed unless you are cleaning it or tightening up the jewellery.
